This is a combined packaged. Start off with a 2-hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding lesson. Your instructor will give you a lesson and get you cruising around. Once you're off the water, head to the wood fired sauna which is a short walk away to destress. A frequent cool-off in the sea is optional!
The Paddle Boarding session is 2 hours long and the Sauna is 1 hour. We allow 30 mins for you to get out of your wetsuit take a short walk to the sauna.
Choose from Sandbanks or Swanage (depending on availability).
You'll need something to wear on your feet, swimwear and a towel.
Please wear old trainers you don't mind getting wet, wetsuit boots or water shoes.
We provide wetsuits and a buoyancy aid.
Bring essential medication, snacks a hat and sun cream.
For the sauna you need swimwear, towel and a water bottle. Sadly no nudity.
Choose from Sandbanks or Swanage.
You will be asked to complete two Acknowledgment of Risk forms (one for your SUP session and one for your Sauna session). You must abide by the rules for each activity provider.
If in any doubt whether you can participate, please consult your GP.

We did the Ultimate Stag and really enjoyed it! Great value, and great for everyone to be doing stuff together. Really fun and different. The Coasteering is brilliant too!

We had a great time coasteering. Ages ranged from 8 to 68. Activities just right for everyone – exciting but not too scary. Land & Wave instructors are tops at taking care of everyone, but also challenging them. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely fabulous weekend with Land & Wave. As always the instructors were fantastic – all of them very knowledgeable and professional in their roles. The team look after you so well and ensure you have a great time!

We went coasteering at Dancing Ledge – It was a brilliant session. As a family we have some real adventurers and some less confident; Land & Wave managed to suit us all, I think we all went beyond what we thought we could do and we LOVED IT.

Paddlesports may involve paddling Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Jumbo Paddle Boards or Canoes. You will be playing games and going for a paddle journey. Sessions are likely to result in participants falling or jumping into the water.
Land & Wave paddlesports are Swanage Bay and Poole harbour.
The sea is a dynamic environment and conditions can change. Land & Wave Instructors continually monitor swell and tides before and during your sessions.
You will be required to move around in deep water while wearing a buoyancy aid. It is important that you are confident in the water and understand what you will be doing.
Your session may be cut short or cancelled at any point if the instructor deems it inappropriate based on environmental conditions or any dynamic risk beyond their control.
You will be involved throughout the activity in the decision making process. If you feel overwhelmed or unwell at any point you MUST tell your instructor who will be able to react accordingly.
Accidents can happen; Land & Wave does not accept any responsibility for personal injury unless we have been negligent.
You must tell your instructor now about any health issues which may impact your participation such as;
Inhalers, epipens or any required medication must be carried on your activity.
