All our Rescue 3 courses are based on the South Coast in Swanage, Dorset.
Easy access via road or train. We’ll even pick you up from the train station for free.
We provide return transport to all Swiftwater locations in our minibuses.
Pre-requisites
- Must be a confident swimmer
- Minimum age 18
