About the Role
We’re searching for brilliant outdoor instructors who want a full-time contract offering.
This annualised hours contract means you work really hard in the summer season, take the winter off and get paid every month of the year. This means you get job security and £500 annual training budget.
This type of contract is ideal for people who want to use their winters to travel, develop skills or pursue other work in the winter.

Essential Qualifications
● Experience managing groups and working with children
● DBS clearance
You must also hold TWO or more of these qualifications:
● RCI Assessment (Rock Climbing Instructor Award or RCDI)
● Sea Kayak Leader
● Minibus D1 licence
● NCC Coasteering Guide (National Coasteering Charter)
● National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Qualification (NVBLQ)
Other Desirable Qualifications
● Drivers licence
● Bushcraft Level 2 or similar
● Lowland Leader
● DofE Assessor / Supervisor
Salary
Salary £23,795 FTE
(£17,846 pro rata / £1487 gross per month)
This is based on an average of 30 hours / week across 12 months.
This is paid monthly. You work all your hours (40 hours per week) in the busy season (normally March – October) then you take November – February off and continue receiving a monthly wage.
