Are you super organised and looking for an exciting office job? Land & Wave, a leading outdoor adventure business and we’re hiring! We’re on the hunt for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Swanage, Dorset, on the stunning Jurassic Coast.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone to work 32–40 hours a week from April until the end of September 2025. If you love office jobs that involve variety, teamwork, and excellent customer service, this role is for you.
To thrive in this office job, you’ll need:

- A knack for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability to learn bespoke booking and diary systems.
What Does an Office Administrator Do?
As part of this dynamic office job, you’ll be involved in:
- Managing phone and email enquiries and bookings.
- Assisting with school trip administration.
- Handling financial tasks such as chasing payments, reconciling receipts, and generating invoices.
- Ordering supplies for the office and activities.
- Booking sites for various activities.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Tackling general office admin tasks.
- Using software like Xero, Activity Cloud, Google Sheets/Docs, and Jotform (don’t worry, we provide training).
Important Details About This Office Job
- You’ll need to work two weekends a month (you’ll get weekdays off in return).
- You’ll work 40 hours a week, though flexible shorter 32 hour contracts will be considered.
- Be prepared for a fast-paced environment during our busy season from May to September.
