We’re looking for a creative, imaginative, tenacious human to join our marketing crew.
£25,000 a year | 40 hours a week | 28 days holiday a year.
You’ll be joining a great team of people, who all work really hard and care about what they do.
We’d like someone full time (5 days a week) but part time might work just as well – we’re open to suggestions.

We’ve grown steadily over the last 10 years and need someone that keep the energy up and play a key role in engaging customers (old and new).
A love of the great outdoors and adventure is absolutely essential.
You’ll play a key role within the marketing team – producing loads of content, heading up campaigns, maintaining high standards in branding and social media and hosting events like open days, adventure festivals and community weekends.
The must haves…
You must be kind, compassionate and positive.
At least 3 years experience working in a creative/ marketing role
Excellent social skills – you’ll be talking to clients face-to-face, so you need to be warm and engaging.
Great written communication – you’ll need to be able to produce interesting and engaging copy
Know your way around a camera and be confident using editing software to get the best out of your photos and videos.
We’ll need to see previous, effective, use of social media for business
A driver’s license
If you’re not hardworking, enthusiastic and energetic, then we’re not interested.
Where and Why?
Land & Wave HQ is in Swanage. We help people have adventures all over Dorset and further afield.
We’re a sociable bunch and there’s always adventures to get involved in, our staff have access to all our equipment including our fleet of paddle boards and kayaks.
Almost all our staff live in Swanage or just across the water in Poole, lots of people cycle to work and there’s plenty of opportunity to share lifts on rainy days.
Land & Wave subsidise outdoor/ adventure clothing, equipment and training. A £250 wetsuit might cost you £90.
There are very regular staff trips to mountains, rivers, crags and coastlines.
We’re still growing, it’s a great time to join the company. We’re looking for new bases in the mountains of Wales…
