What is it?
A Tahdah account is an essential part of an Outdoor Instructor’s toolkit.
It enables you to officially log your outdoor qualifications and accreditations from Mountain Training.
You cannot register for your Lowland Leader Award or Rock Climbing Instructor Awards without a Tahdah account. A Tahdah account links your Mountain Training, Paddlesports UK and RLSS accounts together, so all your qualifications are stored centrally in one place.
Create your Tahdah Account Now

https://mt.tahdah.me/account/registernew and watch this Walkthrough video to guide you through the process.
After creating your Tahdah accounts please send Jonny your Mountain Training Number and your RLSS Society Number (I show you where these are in the walkthrough video).
Make sure you have created your TAHDAH account first before you complete this step for registrations.

Please record your 10 walks on DLOG, these walks need to meet most, if not all, of the criteria below;
• The individual takes part in the planning and leadership.
• Navigation skills are required
• Knowledge is increased and skills practised
• Attention is paid to safety

– Who you were with
– Description of the route
– Any learning outcomes?
As part of our winter training course, we offer you the chance to gain the Royal Life Saving Society National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Qualification or NVBLQ for short. Read more HERE.
This is the most physically demanding qualification we deliver and requires a good level of swim fitness.
On day one of the course, we plan to go to the swimming pool to do some swim testing.
To be able to participate in the Beach Lifeguard training you are required to swim 200m in 5 minutes or less.
Training takes 5 days, with your assessment being on day 6.
To be put forward for assessment, you are required to swim 400m in 8 minutes or less. If you are unable to do this during the 5 days training, we can arrange an assessment for a future date when you are able to swim within the time parameters.
If you are unable to swim 200m in 5 minutes, you will be able to complete the Royal Life Saving Society Open Water Lifeguard qualification instead. This is a 3-day course (including assessment) and doesn’t require a timed swim. Read more HERE
