Sensible clothes that can get mucky, decent footwear especially if you are doing Outdoor First Aid.

Bring a pack lunch, drink, notepad, pen and an enthusiasm to learn some new skills.

Our main teaching sites are in Dorset but we also can come to you to deliver courses depending of the size of the group.

There are no pre-requisites for any of our first aid courses. Our First Aid Courses are here to help learn, develop and refresh your First Aid skills. Prior First Aid knowledge is amazing but not essential.

We had a great time coasteering. Ages ranged from 8 to 68. Activities just right for everyone - exciting but not too scary. Land & Wave instructors are tops at taking care of everyone, but also challenging them. Highly recommended!
