Over the last week six of Land & Wave’s staff have been in Snowdonia on their Mountain Leader Training.

AIT graduate and Land and Wave employee Alex Chestnutt gives us a report from the field:

Over the last week six of Land & Wave’s staff have been in Snowdonia on their Mountain Leader Training. The conditions for the week were mainly good however for the 2 day expedition the conditions were extremely wet, despite this morale remained high. Through the week they have worked on navigation, safety on steep ground, river crossings, weather and environment. From the week all members have come away with a new drive towards gaining more experience with groups out in the hills to enable them to push on to their assessments and become better Mountain Leaders.
