We’re looking for an Adventure Manager that can help make us better at what we do for our staff and clients

This is what is important to us…

The long term management of a staff team full of intelligent, independent minded, enthusiastic people.

Attention to detail – seeing things that aren’t good enough and making rapid improvements. You’ll have full autonomy in this role.

A pragmatic and objective approach to identifying what we’re not good at and the intelligence and ability to create structural and cultural change to do something about it.

Understanding the fundamentals of running an outdoor business; the costs, the pinch points, the logistics and the welfare of a strong team.

Honesty, loyalty, hard work, compassion.
