Campsite Assistant Instructors help create the best experience possible for our clients at our campsite near Corfe Castle, Dorset. They set up camp to a high spec, are there to problem-solve issues throughout the client’s stay and offer great customer service.

Our Assistant Instructors work 24-40 hours a week, normally Monday to Friday from April to September. They have plenty of days off to explore the area and go on adventures of their own. Shadowing activities is also possible on days off if you’re trying to build up your log-book of outdoor experience.

Staff group

Accommodation at the campsite is included. You will receive free meals when guest are onsite.

To be a Campsite Assistant Instructor, you'll need to show us a real enthusiasm for working outdoors, have some experience working within a customer service role and have a great work ethic.

Camping. Bell Tent, boys

This role includes:

Setting up, taking down and moving bell tents

Cleaning facilities and tents at camp

Being an evening and overnight contact for teachers

Restocking supplies to ensure clients have everything they need

Serving Breakfast and Dinner to school groups and teachers

Clear down of food service

Bin and recycling emptying

Other maintenance jobs

Delivering evening sessions including; sports, team building, team games, mini olympics, slip and slide

Camping. Lunch

Desirable Qualifications:

Full clean driving licence
