Teambuilding with Land & Wave  Teamwork is the heart and soul of any company, school, organisation, family or relationship. Land & Wave offer teambuilding activities tailored to your needs. This may be a one-off workshop or a more prolonged programme over a series of weeks. Prior to any programme a Land & Wave tutor will meet with you to discuss exact requirements - logistics, aims and objectives.  They will create a taliored programme and provide details of their plan.  We always ensure you aware of our plan and adapt this accordingly prior to the event. It is not a practical task to name all the teambuilding challenges we offer.  This is so dependant on many factors, including your aims and objectives.  Land & Wave can deliver teambuilding events at a location of your choice.  We pride ourselves of coming to you and operate flexibly with the equipment we provide.
