Alternative Curriculum; BTEC, ASDAN CoPE & Engagement Land & Wave offer an alternative curriculum for young people aged 13-16 years.  Our curriculum is tailored to the needs of each individual and has a strong focus on self esteem, motivation and the understanding of social values.  Our aim is to work positively alongside schools to help improve attitudes and raise achievement. Our courses are designed to fulfil BTEC units and CoPE module requirements efficiently and effectively, engaging students from one to three days a week, taking pressure off schools and staff. Transport Arrangements Young people are collected offsite at the schools convenience. Staff Experience and Qualifications All staff working on this programme have significant experience dealing with challenging behaviour and facilitating personal and social development.  All staff hold relevant national governing body awards to deliver outdoor education.
