Land & Wave Ltd provide Prince's Trust team building adventure activities courses based in Dorset.
Our courses have been developed to allow volunteers the opportunity to gain a sense of personal achievement, bond as a team and develop skills that are relevant to present or future workplaces.
During the course regular reviewing takes place focusing on leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Essential leadership techniques such as task and project Management are discussed, explained and related to the next ten weeks of the course and future employment.
All staff members have significant experience using outdoor education as a tool to motivate, reengage and develop young people. Courses are normally 5 days in duration with all activities and accommodation provided as part of our package. All our courses can be adapted to fit your requirements.

Land & Wave will design a programme to meet the needs of your organisation and volunteers; we include all activities and accommodation as part of our package. Your organisation will have exclusive use of our facilities, we do not expect any groups to share accommodation or activity sessions.
Catering
We can supply resources to help with menu planning before your residential and provide an ‘at cost' shopping service ensuring your week's food is waiting for you on arrival.
Transport
Land & Wave can provide ‘at cost' transport as an additional service during your residential.

A 5 day, 4 night Prince's Trust team building adventure activity course for up to 24 volunteers costs £3530 or £147 per volunteer.
